As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will take the reins of a dynamic sales team, guiding them to success while helping clients secure their homes, vehicles, lives, and retirement plans. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that align with the agency's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance agency reputation and drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
