Job Overview

SalesRoads is seeking a skilled and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a 100% remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere quiet, with a reliable internet connection, and be part of a supportive and dynamic sales environment that prioritizes your personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with business executives to introduce our clients' products and services.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and coaching sessions to hone your sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B appointment setting environment.
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills for sales, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Persuasive and confident speaker with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our clients' products and services.
  • Quick learner with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • High-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Earnings and Benefits:

  • Competitive W2 earnings structure with base pay and uncapped commissions, offering a total annual salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 for full-time positions.

  • Generous PTO program, with 40 hours in the first year for full-time or part-time employees, and 120 hours in the second year for full-time employees, plus any carry-over.
