Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator Senior to join our team in Minneapolis. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Group, you will provide critical support to ensure the success of our strategic programs. In this role, you will oversee departmental operations, coordinate external visitors, manage calendars, and schedule appointments and meetings. You will also support employee onboarding and deboarding, coordinate events, and maintain learning pathways and links.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. You will work closely with multiple levels of the organization, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex systems and prioritize tasks effectively. Your attention to detail and professional discretion will be essential in handling confidential information and managing sensitive projects.
