Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will be an integral part of our Adult Behavioral Health department, providing high-quality care to patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for them to share their concerns and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
- Manage a dynamic caseload, ensuring that each patient receives high-quality care and that treatment plans are continually evaluated and revised as needed.
- Masters degree in a human services field is required.
- Two years of mental health experience is preferred.
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions is required, with limited permit or license required within 1 year of hire.
