Position Overview


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recruiting Pains, you will be tasked with developing and nurturing relationships with clients while sourcing exceptional talent to fulfill their requirements.

This role operates on a 100% commission basis (1099), providing unlimited earning potential for those who are driven and passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Relationship Management:

Actively pursue new clients, comprehend their recruitment needs, and cultivate enduring relationships founded on trust and outstanding service.


Candidate Sourcing:

Identify, engage, and recruit high-caliber candidates for your clients through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.


Consultative Engagement:
Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their company culture, hiring requirements, and long-term objectives. Offer customized recruitment solutions and advice.

Team Collaboration:
Work alongside other consultants and team members to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices. Collaborate to continuously enhance processes and outcomes.

Market Insights:

Remain informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over experience alone.

Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to forge and maintain professional relationships.

Mindset:
Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by the potential for long-term success. Comfort with commission-based compensation and the patience to build a rewarding career from the ground up.
