Key Responsibilities:


The Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Job Rotation Program within Human Resources offers targeted career development for participants in the HR field.

This initiative is tailored for early-career individuals eager to discover their potential through three distinct roles over a 1.5 to 2-year rotational journey as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate.

The program delivers impactful work experiences that immerse participants in various professional environments and responsibilities, including Frontline and Professional recruitment coordination, immigration processing, and shared services support roles that emphasize high-touch, customer service-oriented assistance to candidates throughout the hiring journey.


Specific Duties Include:
Engagement in our rotational program designed to provide new team members with opportunities for career exploration across multiple departments and job functions:

1. **Field Recruitment Rotation**
- Collaborate with our Customer Experience and In-Home Services teams to evaluate job applications, reach out to qualified candidates for necessary questionnaires, and arrange onsite interviews.
- Spearhead sourcing initiatives for designated locations to attract applicants who are likely to be hired.

2. **Corporate Recruitment Rotation**
- Work closely with recruiters to support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Organize interviews, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage reimbursement processes.

3. **Shared Services Rotation**
- Assess immigration information requests in the shared mailbox, triage issues, and provide timely responses.
- Execute preboarding administrative tasks, including initiating and reviewing background checks and communicating Day 1 details.

4. **Project Coordination**
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and training needs; engage relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures to effectively communicate with departments regarding HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruitment.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills, both internally and externally, demonstrated through strong communication, follow-through, prioritization, and a sense of urgency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure an efficient process and/or project.

Capacity to work independently on tasks while being part of a team.

Ability to interpret, comprehend, and execute a variety of instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, and/or scheduled formats.

Education and Experience:
A college degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a minimum of one year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment, with proficiency in high-volume hiring.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; additional experience with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
