Als manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van gastvrije secretaresses die fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel collega's als cliënten. Het RST ondersteunt behandelaren in onze divisie, zodat zij zich kunnen concentreren op de zorg voor onze cliënten.

De werkzaamheden omvatten:

  • Het creëren van een veilige en stimulerende werkomgeving waar medewerkers met trots en plezier hun werk doen;
  • Het waarborgen van het welzijn en de vitaliteit van jouw team, met een goede balans tussen professionaliteit en betrokkenheid;
  • Nauw samenwerken met andere managers binnen de organisatie om gezamenlijke doelen te realiseren;
  • Het onderhouden van korte communicatielijnen met managers van andere regio's;
  • Actief de verbinding zoeken met de centraal georganiseerde zorgadministratie en deelnemen aan regionale overleggen;
  • Het continu monitoren van de voortgang van resultaten en zorgen voor tijdige bijsturing en maandelijkse managementrapportages.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een MBO+/HBO werk- of denkniveau;
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en hebt belangstelling voor je collega's;
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt ervaring in een ondersteunende rol;
  • Wij zoeken een coachende leidinggevende die goed past binnen ons managementteam.

Een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) is vereist om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie. Referenties en diploma's worden gecontroleerd als onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure.

Wij bieden: Een afwisselende en betekenisvolle functie in een professionele en prettige werkomgeving, met een aantrekkelijk pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao ggz. Het betreft een functie voor 28-32 uur per week met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. Het salaris ligt tussen de 4108,- en 6264,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
