Customer Service Representative

Cayman Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Process and bill orders received from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Client Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client history, interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and plans of action.
- Account Setup: Set up new customer prepay accounts and maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors.
- Customer Support: Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Product Awareness: Remain aware of product back orders and special orders, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans, and procedures, adhering to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of customer service-related experience.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Soft Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized, and pay attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Availability to work on-site during normal business hours.
