Business Intelligence Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Business Intelligence team at Dow Jones. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional account management service to our customers, understanding their businesses and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate new streams of revenue through sales of products and services that address our customers' needs.
- Identify opportunities for increasing revenue within our account territory through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and build working relationships with each customer.
- Develop and implement plans to manage strategic account renewals, ensuring successful rollovers and continued revenue growth.
- Partner closely with our Customer Engagement team to ensure appropriate levels of customer training and awareness.
- Clearly express the value proposition and benefits of our products and solutions to specific sectors and markets, driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Manage sales forecasts and pipelines, ensuring clear reporting of forthcoming renewals, additional sales opportunities, and associated revenue and timescales.
