Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform campaign development and optimization.
  • Manage campaign budgets and resources to ensure efficient execution and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or strategy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.
