Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a data-oriented creative leader, you will guide cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate in a competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing comprehensive marketing communications and campaigns for Peacock's film offerings.
- Collaborating with the strategy and communications team to define and promote the unique selling points and cultural relevance of Peacock's films.
- Executing a cohesive marketing and promotional strategy for the film slate that aligns with both Peacock and broader company initiatives.
- Leveraging paid, owned, and earned media to enhance awareness and drive measurable outcomes.
- Engaging with internal and external content stakeholders to ensure their objectives are prioritized throughout the marketing process.
- Working closely with cross-departmental partners to ensure integrated plans meet both immediate and long-term business goals.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in content and consumer marketing within the media or entertainment sectors.
- Experience in a digital subscription service is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and executing content-focused marketing strategies for large organizations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and creativity across teams.
- Exceptional writing and presentation abilities.
- A demonstrated history of team leadership and cultural development.
- A passion for entertainment and a keen awareness of current trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering timely results.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; an MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
