Insurance Sales Specialist

Renee' Montague - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
CompensationThe salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. Additionally, you will receive paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) and have opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency.
About the RoleAs an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. You will also maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success each day. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing leads and scheduling appointments
- Identifying customer needs and marketing appropriate products and services
- Working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Dedication to customer service
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
- A Property and Casualty License
- The ability to obtain a Life/Health License
- The ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
