Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive company culture.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive, engaging, and exceeds expectations, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements and budget management.
Working Hours
  • Weekdays: 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Sundays: 12 PM - 4 PM
Physical Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work independently during scheduled shifts.
