Assembly Line Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Worker to join our team at Spherion. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and operating machinery and tools to complete tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and defects
- Operate machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficiency and productivity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line work preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
