Assembly Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at ProMach. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble machinery according to engineering specifications and drawings
- Effectively interact with engineering teams to determine if assembly changes are needed to achieve optimum machine performance
- Mount electrical components and route corresponding wires
- Ensure schedule and quality goals are met
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements
- Ability to read machine drawings and documentation
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/Solidworks drawings and interpret schematics (plus)
- Machine shop knowledge (plus)
- Forklift truck knowledge and certification (plus)
- Capable of lifting pounds, occasionally
- Capable of prolonged standing
