Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Re:Build Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for installing and assembling various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written and electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and assemble various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written and electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Maintain inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items.
  • Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.
  • Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation.
  • Communicate with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
  • Complete legibly all reports and other associated paperwork.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to read a basic drawing and work instructions.
  • Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Honest and timely communication.
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude.
  • Integrity and Safety.
