**Job Title:** Client Service Leader – Financial Services (Capital Markets/Asset and Wealth Mgmt)
**Your Role:**
An accomplished Client Service Leader will oversee multiple client accounts, providing strategic direction and relationship development. Key responsibilities include:
*Building Long-Term Relationships – Foster trust-based connections with clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth.
*Industry Expertise – Leverage subject matter expertise to support teams, clients, and partners, while developing our consultants interested in focusing on Financial Services.
*Capability Development – Focus on increasing brand recognition by participating in industry meetings, forums, publications, and client workshops.
*Financial Management – Oversee profit and loss for client accounts in the Financial Services group, including receivables management.
*Sales Pipeline Management – Develop and lead new sales opportunities for Slalom, responding to client RFPs and service requests.
*Delivery and Quality Management – Ensure high-quality work and deliverables for client accounts, engaging with executives to drive expectation alignment.
**What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking an exceptional Client Service Leader with a strong background in Financial Services, specifically Capital Markets and/or Asset and Wealth Management industries. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience managing teams, building relationships with executives, and developing thought leadership assets.
