Role Overview:
This hourly position is crucial for overseeing administrative and managerial functions within the lift team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of organization and coordination among team members.

Detailed Job Functions:

Scheduling: Organize all installation and service appointments, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations.

Shipments: Oversee the receipt and management of incoming shipments to the warehouse.

Billing:

  • Process invoices for projects and service calls.
  • Ensure compliance and complete management of all closed projects with technicians.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the installation service team to achieve monthly productivity targets while fostering a positive work atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the General Manager in promoting core values within the team.
  • Support efforts to meet customer satisfaction goals.
