Core Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate data entry tasks.
- Systematically organize and archive project materials in both paper and digital formats.
- Support the expansion and management of file storage systems.

- Serve as backup for phone communications as necessary.
- Engage and communicate effectively with colleagues across various levels.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma; some college education is preferred.
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Position Level
Based on an applicant's education, experience, and qualifications, an Entry-Level Records Clerk may be positioned at a Shannon & Wilson Office Services I or II level.
- Salary range: $30.00 per hour.
