Membership Sales Director

Canyon Ranch is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Membership Growth Leader to oversee and direct all aspects of membership sales and member communication activities. This role will be responsible for driving revenue production for membership sales/retention, private events, and member relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve budgets and targets
- Develop customer relationships to increase market share and sales revenue
- Understand and communicate the value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations
- Monitor competitor offers and drive market share
Additional Functions:
- Group and Corporate Sales: Identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to sell corporate memberships and/or group events
- Strategy: Implement sales strategy that ensures attainment of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and profitability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous experience in Membership or related hospitality sales
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving history
- TABC and Food Handler's Certification within 90 days of employment
