Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Hair Restoration Specialist at our Midtown Bernstein Medical Office. This role is open to candidates with no prior experience but who possess a keen interest in healthcare, teamwork experience, and attention to detail, along with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Hair Restoration Specialist, you will:

  • Assist in hair transplant procedures, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), ensuring precision and care.
  • Skillfully extract and implant hair follicles while upholding the highest standards of safety and aesthetics.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized surgical environment, adhering to all regulatory compliance standards.
  • Accurately document all procedures and patient interactions, managing records and inventory with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Engage with patients to build rapport and trust, providing clear pre- and post-operative care instructions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance operational processes and contribute to the clinic's strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant is required. While no experience is necessary, preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced medical environment and the ability to multitask effectively. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new technologies and procedures.
