Job Responsibilities:- Assist in Hair Transplant Procedures: Work closely with our medical team to prepare patients for surgery, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
- Prepare Patients for Surgery: Ensure patients are properly prepared for hair transplant procedures, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT).
- Monitor Patient Well-being: Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients during and after surgery, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Maintain a Clean and Sterile Environment: Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards to maintain a clean, sterile, and organized surgical environment.
- Accurately Document Procedures: Maintain accurate records of all procedures and patient interactions, managing records and inventory with meticulous attention to detail.
- Engage with Patients: Build rapport and trust with patients, providing clear pre- and post-operative care instructions.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with our medical team to optimize operational processes and contribute to the clinic's strategic and financial goals.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant: Required.
- Experience in a Fast-Paced Medical Environment: Preferred, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven Hand-Eye Coordination and Fine Motor Skills: Essential for this role.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Focus on patient-centered care.
- Empathetic and Compassionate Nature: Dedicated to patient confidentiality and support.
- Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Adaptable: Able to learn new technologies and procedures.
- Competitive Hourly Pay Range: $16-$22 USD.
