Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Hair Color Bar team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Madison Reed products and services, making recommendations to guests as needed.
- Sales and Revenue: Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and other technical tools.
