Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our after school program for Kindergarten through sixth grade students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary students in a group setting and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging after school activities for students
  • Supervise and manage students, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and program facilitators to ensure a cohesive and effective program
  • Manage daily attendance, program supplies, and equipment
  • Develop and maintain a daily schedule/routine to ensure a smooth program operation
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in education or related field, or prior experience teaching specialty area to elementary aged students
  • Experience working with children in group settings
  • Ability to form positive and supportive relationships with children and adults
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of $17-$22 per hour, depending on education and experience
