Client Support Specialist

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position entails providing assistance to BCI's residential clientele regarding inquiries, billing matters, and the promotion of company offerings. The CSR is responsible for advising customers on technological solutions, educating them about suitable packages, and striving to ensure a positive customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and courteous in-person customer service
- Communicate precise information concerning billing, products, and services
- Enhance customer services through suggestive selling techniques
- Guarantee 100% accuracy in all tasks undertaken
- Process customer payments efficiently
- Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer requirements
- Encourage sales and retention of company services
- Assist in preventing unauthorized use of products/services
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
- Perform various departmental duties as necessary
- Prior experience in customer service
- Proficient keyboard skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accountability & Dependability: Deliver results punctually and take ownership of actions
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Welcome change and show willingness to learn
- Decision Making & Problem Solving: Make rational and ethical decisions
