Lead Data-Driven Analysis in a Collegiate Environment

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and ambitious leader to help us deliver highly impactful analysis on advanced weapon systems while continuously improving our ability to provide outstanding, unbiased analysis products.

The successful candidate will lead small teams in the evaluation of precision strike and/or air combat system effectiveness using an assortment of mission-level analysis tools with the goal of discovering useful data, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making.

About the Role
  • Provide technical thought leadership and task management to ensure high quality, insightful, and timely analysis.
  • Have opportunities to engage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward initiative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated excellence in performing and leading mission-level modeling, simulation & analysis.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: air vehicle survivability analysis, electronic warfare analysis, simulation development, planning concept of operations, and end-to-end kill-chain analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
  • Skilled in conducting quantitative analysis, rapidly learning new and exciting concepts.
  • Able to obtain Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain Top Secret level clearance.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience.
