Esthetician Support Specialist

Join our team at Face Reality Skincare, a high-growth company dedicated to providing effective skincare solutions and expert guidance to our network of professional estheticians. As an Esthetician Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key B2B accounts, providing superior customer support and assistance to our network of professional estheticians.
- Moderate the professional Facebook group, phone lines, and email to provide customer support and assistance to our network of professional estheticians.
- Troubleshoot client inquiries, client treatment/product inquiries, and other questions regarding product knowledge, specifications, etc.
- Ensure that all account holders are executing with comprehension of product knowledge and procedures.
- Partner with our onsite marketing team, lead esthetician, and clinic estheticians to provide customer service and educational support.
- Internal administrative support to the wholesale team as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service in direct-to-consumer or online wholesale business.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role that is defined by a sense of urgency and can manage a high volume of inquiries.
- Strong project management skills and multi-tasking.
- An Esthetics License is required. Must have a genuine interest in professional skincare and education.
