Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key B2B accounts, providing exceptional customer support and guidance to our estheticians.
  • Provide training and education to our estheticians on our skincare products and treatments, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our skincare products and services.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new skincare treatments and products, ensuring they meet the needs of our estheticians and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to our wholesale team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our estheticians and clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support and guidance to customers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Esthetician license required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our estheticians and clients.
