- Team Collaboration: Communicate and cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of school activities.
- Education: Associate Degree or in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Sharepoint a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents/guardians.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to adjust to changing schedules and priorities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, multi-task, and establish effective priorities.
- Teamwork: Able to work both independently and in a team environment, with the ability to execute duties with minimum direction to meet deadlines.
- Competitive Salary: $24-$25/hr. DOE.
