Esthetician Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our skincare team, you will work closely with our Account Onboarding Specialist to provide exceptional customer support to our professional estheticians.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key B2B accounts.
  • Providing superior customer support related to our adaptive treatments.
  • Moderating professional communications to address specific needs.
  • Troubleshooting client inquiries and product knowledge.
  • Ensuring account holders execute with comprehension of product knowledge and procedures.
  • Partnering with our onsite marketing team and clinic estheticians to provide customer service and educational support.
  • Providing internal administrative support to the wholesale team as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service in direct-to-consumer or online wholesale business.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role with a sense of urgency and ability to manage a high volume of inquiries.
  • Strong project management skills and multi-tasking.
  • An Esthetics License is required.
  • A genuine interest in professional skincare and education.
