Vaco is currently working with a Distribution Company and they are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to be responsible for data entry processing of customer payments. This role is offering work from home options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments
  • Process and post all cash receipts to customers
  • Upload remittance statements from Excel into NetSuite
  • Post on various websites, including American Express
  • Daily scan of all cash receipt documentation
  • Provide totals for the lockbox and credit cards to employees who handle daily banking
  • ACH payment processing
  • Setup of Premium rebates
  • Month End cost changes in the AS400 for Accounting
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in AR/Cash application processes
  • Microsoft Office experience required specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not a must
  • Must be a team player and have great communication both written and verbal

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
