About the Role:

The Academy Charter School is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Academic Operations Coordinator to join its team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the school administration, faculty, and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating events. Additionally, the Academic Operations Coordinator will work closely with the school administration to provide administrative support, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

We are seeking an individual who is able to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

The estimated salary for this role is $24.50-$31.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
