">This is an exciting opportunity to join Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Medical Director, Global Cell Therapy Program Lead. We are looking for a highly experienced medical professional with expertise in cellular therapy and hematology/oncology to lead our global cell therapy program.

">Your Role
">In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical and scientific leadership for our CAR T programs. You will represent the WW CT Medical team as a therapeutic area expert at ad boards and steering committees. Additionally, you will provide high-quality clinical input and review of various documents, including CAR T strategy plans, abstracts, posters, slides, manuscripts, educational materials, and commercial brand plans.

- Provide clinical and scientific leadership for CAR T programs">
- Represent the WW CT Medical team as a therapeutic area expert at ad boards and steering committees">
- Provide high-quality clinical input and review of various documents">
- Cultivate and nurture strong collaborations, relationships, and support with Investigators, Academic partners, and KOL's">
- Support the development of training materials for sites and medical field teams">
- Represent BMS at professional meetings, congresses, and local symposia">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a MD or PhD, preferably with clinical, research, and/or industry experience in cellular therapy and hematology/oncology. A minimum of 5-7 years of academic/industry experience is strongly preferred. You must also have expertise in cellular therapy/hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and/or hematological malignancies.
">Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
