Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Concierge for our community, TerraBella Thornblade. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telephone reception and greeting duties as required.
  • Accurately take messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Welcome residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing directions.
  • Assist the marketing department by organizing brochures.
  • Prepare meal tickets and maintain meal count sheets for the dining staff.
  • Update the Resident Phone List, Roster, and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily.
  • Coordinate appointments for residents and their families, including services like hairdressing and transportation.
  • Keep the reception area and desk organized and tidy.
  • Distribute mail to residents and staff members.
  • Maintain records for resident credits and other forms.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in customer service or a related field.
