Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Coordinate office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting financial advisors or in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Series 7 preferred.
