Paraplanning Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our financial advisors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial plans, investment allocation models, and client meeting presentations
Monitor and maintain firm-wide cash management, portfolio rebalancing, and client portal access
Serve as an extension of the lead advisor in both written and verbal communication
Communicate professionally with clients and service providers on updates and follow-up needs
Input detailed notes, compliance, status updates, and other items into our CRM

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of financial industry operations experience, including paraplanning and client service work
Bachelor's Degree
Health (Medicare) & Life Insurance Licensed, Series 65
CFP certification preferred, but not mandatory
Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
Alignment with our team's workplace culture and core values

$80,000-$100,000

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am-5:00 pm (hybrid)
Occasional need to work event and/or weekend for client events
