Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Consultant to join our team at Financial Resources Group Investment Services LLC. As a key member of our investment sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with Financial Consultants to deliver a world-class client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently. You will be responsible for conducting portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and monitoring client accounts to ensure they meet their investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain a client base and accounts under the parameters and compliance of the Fiduciary Standard and within LPL broker/dealer parameters
  • Conduct portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and monitoring to ensure client accounts meet their objectives
  • Engage in high-level outbound calls to existing clients to identify opportunities and provide account reviews
  • Achieve personal and joint sales objectives by identifying and referring additional opportunities to LPL Financial Advisors or Trust Company of North Carolina
  • Interact with Financial Advisors to ensure seamless client transitions and ongoing business opportunities
  • Document client interactions and maintain the CRM System
  • Stay up-to-date on investment and insurance products, their application, fees, suitability, investment limits, and parameters
  • Maintain licensing, carrier appointments, and fulfill ongoing continuing education requirements
  • Meet or exceed the target expectation of 150 outbound calls per week

Requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or a minimum of 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Current FINRA Series 7 license, life insurance license, and Series 63 & 65 or Series 66 registrations
  • Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and a positive attitude are essential
  • Strong analytical, statistical, reasoning, and listening skills with a desire for accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize time to work independently
  • Project a professional image and neat appearance
  • Willingness to assume responsibility and solve problems
