Position Overview:
Hannacareers is experiencing significant growth, and we are eager to onboard a dedicated individual who can seamlessly integrate into our team. We are currently looking to fill a full-time role. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support to both existing clients and new inquiries.
While prior experience in the insurance sector is not mandatory, it would certainly enhance the ability to connect with clients effectively from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager at Hannacareers, the Account Coordinator will manage insurance policies and claims, providing guidance to policyholders regarding standard coverage options. This role is pivotal in maintaining client retention, facilitating cross-selling opportunities, and conducting thorough policy evaluations.
The Account Coordinator will also be expected to assist with various business needs related to the operational unit and support the Division Operations Manager with additional tasks and special projects as required.
Primary Duties:
- Assist clients by addressing inquiries about products and services; proactively offer information about additional options tailored to client needs.
- Update customer records by managing account information through the designated management system.
- Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, selecting and explaining optimal solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by gathering and analyzing customer data.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Insurance Sales team on new business initiatives and client retention strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation, product knowledge, quality focus, problem-solving abilities, and market awareness.
- Proficient documentation skills, active listening, effective phone communication, conflict resolution, analytical skills, and multitasking capabilities.
- Previous experience in a professional office environment is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a large organization. A Property & Casualty license is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
