Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager Lead to oversee our construction initiatives supporting a major government agency. This role is crucial in a team dedicated to delivering a variety of operational support services, including facility management, maintenance, security, logistics, and project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for all service requirements at designated government locations.
- Manage all contractor workforce operations, which include:
- Visitor management
- Escort services
- Workforce processing
- Conducting security briefings
- Issuing identification credentials
- Facilitating clearance information exchange
- Oversee the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support facility operations, including:
- Work order management
- Work reception
- Record management
- Preventative maintenance scheduling
- Ensure operations meet service demands and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to foster a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to review operations, performance, and budget.
- Implement corrective action plans when necessary to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to clients and higher management.
- Maintain discipline among staff and address any issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing workforce support services for large teams across multiple sites.
- Proficient in the ARCHIBUS CMMS.
- Experience with security information systems and software.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience managing personnel in both direct and subcontractor roles.
- Familiarity with labor unions and service contract regulations.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of facility maintenance and operations is desirable.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
