Position Overview:

We are in search of a Project Manager Lead to oversee construction initiatives supporting our government operations. This role is pivotal in delivering a variety of support services, including facility management, maintenance, logistics, and project oversight across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for all service requirements at government facilities.
  • Manage contractor workforce operations, which include:
    • Visitor and escort management
    • Security briefings and credential issuance
    • Workforce processing and scheduling
  • Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enhance facility operations, focusing on:
    • Work order management and scheduling
    • Preventative maintenance
  • Ensure operations meet established service standards and safety regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to promote a collaborative business environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance, schedules, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary to maintain service levels.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients and upper management.
  • Maintain discipline and address any staff-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in managing workforce support services for large teams.
  • Proficient in ARCHIBUS CMMS and related software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
