Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on site with potential for hybrid work arrangements. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of analytical and maintenance tasks in support of our payroll system(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Auditing assigned payroll system(s) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Documenting system changes, policies, and procedures to maintain standardization and efficiency
  • Providing assistance with upgrades and roll-outs of system(s) to ensure functionality and user education
  • Processing payroll data to produce complete and accurate payroll checks, taxes, and report filing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years of experience in payroll processing, including experience with automated time and attendance systems. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Finance, or a related field is preferred. If you have experience processing payroll for multiple entities and locations, and/or healthcare experience, we encourage you to apply.
