As the Financial Operations Leader for the Global Technology and Product Organization, you will be an integral member of a forward-thinking, collaborative team dedicated to supporting our technology initiatives. You will closely collaborate with Technology Leadership to develop financial strategies that optimize the impact of our technological investments. Your contributions will be vital in driving exceptional financial performance and facilitating Anaplan's strategic objectives. Your Contributions

  • Strategic Financial Partnership: Lead discussions with business units and finance teams regarding financial stewardship, resource prioritization, and allocation. Ensure that technology investments align with strategic priorities and propose opportunities for resource reallocation.
  • Long-Term Financial Planning: Collaborate with finance teams to conduct Return on Investment (ROI) assessments for new projects and long-term financial strategies. Clearly communicate deliverables and facilitate timely reviews with leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and scale forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis through the use of Anaplan.
  • Support for Decision-Making: Utilize strategic insights to maximize engineering investments and ensure alignment with key objectives. Proactively suggest resource reallocation opportunities and communicate findings to finance and business leaders.
  • Comprehensive Financial Analysis: Analyze performance metrics against plans and forecasts, monitoring trends and key factors such as headcount and vendor investments. Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of portfolios, processes, and planning.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), management consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing complex business scenarios and developing financial models.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and driving operational improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to business partners confidently and credibly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud Computing business models.
  • Possession of an MBA.
