We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to fulfill a vital role at AndHealth. The responsibilities of this position encompass all facets of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultations. We recognize that patient care is multifaceted, and we value collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized treatment strategies for patients and actively engage with them in executing their care plans.
- Implement and uphold a comprehensive clinical treatment protocol designed and refined by the AndHealth team.
- Evaluate cases managed by health coaches and provide constructive feedback on their treatment plans.
- Assess patients' medication readiness and eligibility, managing prescriptions as appropriate.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests as necessary.
- Monitor patient progress, collaborate with coaches to coordinate care, and participate in clinical rounds to address escalations from coaches and other care team members.
- Work in partnership with internal and external providers to guarantee that patients receive the necessary care to reverse their chronic conditions.
Education & Licensure Requirements:
- A degree as a Physician Assistant is mandatory.
- Specialization in Dermatology or Rheumatology is preferred.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- You are a Physician Assistant with experience in family medicine, neurology, internal medicine, integrative medicine, or primary care.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are adept at managing patient relationships through telehealth technologies.
- You appreciate the significance of documentation, are proficient with electronic health records, and are committed to providing the necessary details to demonstrate clinical outcomes.
- You are enthusiastic about creating innovative care models that may diverge from traditional healthcare practices and are eager to build an evidence base for our approach.
- You hold active, unrestricted licenses and are open to the organization facilitating additional state licenses for you.
- You have a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for patients through various treatment methods.
- You believe in the potential to reverse many chronic diseases through a root cause approach and are dedicated to addressing root causes alongside symptom management.
- You are passionate about technology and innovation, thriving in an environment that fosters new care models.
- You are committed to going the extra mile to ensure an exceptional experience for patients.

Additional Requirements:
- Proof of a negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Documentation of immunity to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella or a blood titer.
- Proof of Varicella vaccination (two documented doses or a blood titer).
- Completion of the Hepatitis B series.
- Influenza vaccination is required.
- COVID vaccination is required.
