Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform authorized medical services, adhering to credentialing and licensure requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current certification as an APRN in the State of Ohio or eligibility for licensure as a PA-C.
  • Graduate of a recognized Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Minimum three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
