Job Responsibilities

As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and growing sales within existing customer base
2. Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in the heavy-duty trucking industry
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
4. Presenting and selling company products to current and potential clients

You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team to reach sales targets and increase company revenue is also a key aspect of this role.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in parts sales, specifically within the trucking industry and heavy-duty trucks, is required. Proven experience in target accounts, prospecting, and relationship building is also necessary. A solid understanding of body shops and their requirements, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Additionally, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and excellent problem-solving skills are required. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed are also necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, holidays, and PTO.
