Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly production goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of prior sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health or hospice.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with referral partners.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
