We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Governance and Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team at Co-nexus.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data across our systems, while driving the development and implementation of data governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration and implementation projects for Employee Central and S/4 systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes, including data cleansing and enrichment activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across various systems and platforms
  • Design and implement data validation and testing protocols to ensure reliable and accurate data
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users for data entry, maintenance, and reporting within the systems
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of data analysts and specialists in their daily tasks and career development
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide insights, and recommend strategies for optimizing data utilization

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading data migration and implementation projects, ideally within systems like Employee Central and S/4
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex data needs effectively with stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy and integrity
