Technical Sales Engineer

KSB SE and Co KGaA is a leading global supplier of pumps, valves, and related services. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to support our service activities in the North American region, focusing on high-technology pump retrofit/replacements in a customer-centric manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Service Centers in the Region with Sales and Technical questions related to High-Technology equipment.
- Collaborate with management to develop the strategic sales plan and drive its implementation to ensure the delivery of targeted profitable sales growth.
- Coordinate and promote regional resources and capabilities during Customer interactions and job execution stages.
- Act as a liaison between Service Centers and Regional Application Engineering teams.
- Attend Customer-specific meetings with Service Center representatives and promote acceptance of the Company's products and services.
- Develop and execute KSB SupremeServ work processes and methods in the area of responsibility and ensure adherence by all Service Centers in the Region.
- 10 years minimum experience in engineered pump business.
- 5 years direct sales experience.
- Knowledge of power plant systems, refinery applications, steel production.
- Applications engineering/product selection experience a bonus.
- Ability to prioritize schedule and work across multiple sales teams.
- Ability to travel 70% of the time.
- User of MS Office, CRM tools, CAD.
- Ability to present to large groups as well as one on one.
- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree preferred.
- Fluent German Language Skills (a plus).
