Job Overview

DXP Enterprises is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising engineering personnel, managing budgets, and providing technical assistance to sales and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor engineering team members to ensure project success
  • Develop and manage engineering department budgets and costs
  • Collaborate with sales and applications teams to provide technical support and guidance
  • Ensure all projects are completed within labor and material budgets
  • Provide technical guidance and training to engineering personnel
  • Ensure the safety of all engineering personnel

Requirements:

  • Minimum X years of experience in project engineering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical data
  • Ability to write reports and procedure manuals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
