We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving shipments, assembling products, fulfilling orders, and managing shipping processes. This position is full-time and operates during the first shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming products, materials, and supplies on a daily basis.
  • Unload shipments and systematically organize and stock items.
  • Interpret specifications and work orders accurately.
  • Prepare and package products for distribution.
  • Monitor and update the status of shipments as they move in and out.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve shipping and packaging challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or receiving.
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Applicants must be proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions in English and possess effective communication skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as this role provides crucial support to our operations. The position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
